Privacy & analytics

You can use the full map and event list without agreeing to optional analytics.

Your choice

If you agree, a first-party, host-only cookie connects actions within one visit. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or at most 24 hours. New visits receive a new identifier. Your preference is remembered for six months; you can withdraw at any time.

What we measure

We count page views, filter changes, event opens, official-source clicks, ODam clicks, shares and empty results. Visit records contain action types and order; event popularity is aggregated separately. We do not store raw IP addresses, your precise location, search text, private app information or advertising profiles in the analytics database.

Retention

Raw analytics expire after 24 hours and are cleaned within 25 hours under normal operation. Identifier-free daily aggregates are retained for 90 days. Cloudflare D1 backup history can retain deleted data for up to 30 days. Restore procedures purge raw tracking sessions before collection restarts. Cleanup failures are reported operationally.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and data processing. Railway runs bounded official-source collection. OpenStreetMap supplies map tiles: loading a map sends your IP address and requested map tiles to that provider. Hosting and map providers may process necessary connection and security records independently of optional analytics.

Our source collector does not use accounts or private ODam places. Event websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.
